Full name:
Shira Kakyū(Shira= poetry,song[hebrew meaning];white,coloreless[japanese meaning];Kakyū;=fire globe,fire sphere,fireball)

Personality:
Shira has a calm and relaxed personality.She barely speaks to others but only to close people.Although she sometimes can be a real hot-head.Most of time you see her with a bored or clueless expression.She seems to know people very well even if she currently met them.She's pretty intelligent and clever.Her family and her friends are the most important things in her life.Shira hates noise and prefers peaceful and quiet places.If she recognise her enemy is too strong for her she doesn't bother fighting him(or in other words she tends to give up easily).She does not really care about other's people opinion and tries to avoid any unnecessary confrontations.Because of her huge fear of insects,Shino creeps the living hell out of her!xDAlso she dislikes to take responsibility or being a person of authority.That's why she's not very fond of becoming the Taiyoukage.
The reason why she covers her left eye is because of people always asking her what the symbol stands for and it just annoys her!xD

Story:
Shira was born as the daughter of the kage of the sun village(Taiyoukage)and that also means into the Kakyuu clan.Her parents want her to be the next Taiyoukage but she isn't sure if she can handle this.Since her clan has a high reputation in the village she lived a very luxurious and carefree childhood.When unkown ninjas attacked her village she was forced to go away with some of the other clan members.They all went to Konoha.Her parents had to leave behind to protect the village but failed.Half of the village was destroyed and rebuilt later.She hasn't seen her parents yet but is certain they're still alive(she knows for sure due the fact Kakyuu members never dream.They only do if someone close to them dies.)and wants to find them no matter what.While the rest of her clan went to the sun village again after the attack,Shira doesn't want to go to her home yet and travels around the ninja world.


Fighting:
Shira is a ninjutsu/taijutsu type.Her weaknesses are genjutsu and medical ninjutsu.Since the Kakyuu clan's speciality is ninjutsu and genjutsu many members believe she's not worthy to become the Taiyoukage of the sun village.Shira mostly uses two weapons that are made out of pure gold.The first one is her sun staff.She doesn't carry the weapon all the time with her but opens it with a scroll.Shira infuses the staff with her chakra.The Kakyuu's clan chakra has the ability to burn or in other words it produces heat.Her second weapon is her 'special kunai'.With a jutsu she creates a rope out of fire and uses it kinda like Scorpion is MKSM.(Haha talking about original!xD)Other than that she also uses several shurikens and light bombs.
Her summonings are dragons and her fighting style is called Bujinkan.Besides that she also has some abilities in Dragon style Kung Fu(Lung Ying).

Kakyuu's clan abilities:
As already mentioned the chakra of the Kakyuu members can burn.Their speciality are fire and light ninjutsus/genjutsus.You never see a Kakyuu member crying since they aren't able to.They can also look directly into the sun without getting blind.During an eclipse of the sun(1-2 times in a year)they are able to go into a special state called the 'nisshoku suteto'(eclipse state;I hope this is the correct translation..>_>' )and that only by looking directly into the eclipse.The state lasts as long as the eclipse occurs(till 7 min).In that state their jutsus are much stronger and the fire of their attacks turn into a light blue/white fire.(blue/white fire possesses more heat->more power).The clan's symbol on the left eye starts to glow white.Also the hair turns white and the colors of the eyes change;so you can see by the appearance that she's currently in the state.(all members have normally dark hair and dark eyes).There's also a special genjutsu technique everybody can use(even Shira).
The genjutsu is called 'yakitsukusu'(to burn to nothing).It takes place in a very old tempel built by the ancestors of the clan.The 'victim' will suffer the pain from being burned by lava that is streaming from the walls of the tempel.

There are some side effects to this state: Once you'll get mentally weaker and second your life span will be abbreviated a lot.That's why Shira tries to avoid this state(psst..it happens twice to her!;D).
It's actually not allowed to go into this state since many members died and the amount of the clan got reduced yet there are still some who use the 'nisshouki suteto'.


Oh and if anybody is wondering why she has such tight clothes(more or less) that's cause in the sun village it's very hot duh....the whole year!xDEvery citizen of her village is wearing such tight cothes.Shira is just not used to wear something different!xD
And yes people I know that normally in places like Egypt you wear long black clothing but keep in mind the sun village isn't a desert.It's more like a tropical/exotic paradise like Brasil or South America in general.
They do wear black cloaks but only on missions.

Goraikou(rising sun)

And seriously stop saying she looks like a female version of Madara._.
Wel she kinds looks like him but during the time I created her I had no idea who Madara was!xD
I mean there are tons of manga characters with such a hairstyle.
You know like...Usagi and Naruko!xDAnd many many more...

EDIT:
Changed the symbol below her eye.I didn't like the one before.That symbol is also the symbol of the Kakyuu clan.
The symbol between her name is just the one of the sun village!;D

Oh and I forgot to mention that she doesn't wear the symbol of her village on a headband but on her gloves(just forgot to draw them)
Headbands are overused imo!
Also just that you know she's a general character of mine not only a creation for Naruto!;D
I just errr...narutosized her!
